Diabetologick\u00fdch d\u0148och organizovan\u00fdch Slovenskou diabetologickou spolo\u010dnos\u0165ou (SDS).<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dovo\u013ete mi srde\u010dne v\u00e1s priv\u00edta\u0165 na v\u00fdro\u010dnom kongrese Slovenskej diabetologickej spolo\u010dnosti \u2013 v\u00fdnimo\u010dnom stretnut\u00ed odborn\u00edkov, ktor\u00fdch sp\u00e1ja spolo\u010dn\u00fd cie\u013e: zlep\u0161i\u0165 starostlivos\u0165 o \u013eud\u00ed s diabetom na Slovensku.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Diabetol\u00f3gia si v s\u00fa\u010dasnosti pr\u00e1vom upev\u0148uje postavenie ako samostatn\u00fd odbor. Dynamika v\u00fdvoja poznatkov, terapeutick\u00fdch mo\u017enost\u00ed a zvy\u0161uj\u00faca sa komplexnos\u0165 starostlivosti si vy\u017eaduje odborne vyprofilovan\u00fdch a s\u00fastavne vzdel\u00e1van\u00fdch lek\u00e1rov.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V tomto kontexte m\u00e1 mimoriadny v\u00fdznam \u010dinnos\u0165\u00a0 Medzin\u00e1rodnej feder\u00e1cie diabetu (IDF), ktor\u00e1\u00a0 je neocenite\u013enou platformou pre prenos najnov\u0161\u00edch vedeck\u00fdch a klinick\u00fdch poznatkov do re\u00e1lnej praxe. Je to pr\u00e1ve implement\u00e1cia t\u00fdchto poznatkov, ktor\u00e1 rob\u00ed rozdiel medzi stagnuj\u00facou rutinou a skuto\u010dne progres\u00edvnou medic\u00ednou \u2013 medzi starostlivos\u0165ou o ochorenie a starostlivos\u0165ou o \u010dloveka. Prezident IDF, profesor Schwarz bude ma\u0165 predn\u00e1\u0161ku na na\u0161om kongrese.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tri hlavn\u00e9 t\u00e9my tohtoro\u010dn\u00fdch XXXV. Diabetologick\u00fdch dn\u00ed s\u00fa gastroenterologick\u00e1 oblas\u0165, stomatologick\u00e1 problematika a\u00a0diabetick\u00e1 noha. Predn\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 bud\u00fa\u00a0 v\u00fdznamn\u00ed odborn\u00edci v\u00a0t\u00fdchto oblastiach.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zo zahrani\u010dn\u00fdch predn\u00e1\u0161aj\u00facich m\u00e1me host\u00ed prof. De Blocka z Belgicka\u00a0 a\u00a0predn\u00e1\u0161a\u0165 n\u00e1m bude aj profesor Boulton z\u00a0Ve\u013ekej Brit\u00e1nie. S osobitnou \u00factou a rados\u0165ou v\u00edtam aj na\u0161ich kolegov z \u010ceskej republiky,\u00a0 profesora\u00a0 Pr\u00e1zn\u00e9ho, predsedu \u010cDS, profesora \u0160krhu, docentku Fejfarov\u00fa, MUDr. Kolibu, ktor\u00ed\u00a0 tradi\u010dne\u00a0 prijali pozvanie a obohatia program kongresu o svoje poznatky a\u00a0sk\u00fasenosti. Vz\u00e1jomn\u00e1 spolupr\u00e1ca, zdie\u013eanie praxe a spolo\u010dn\u00e9 diskusie s\u00fa neoddelite\u013enou s\u00fa\u010das\u0165ou n\u00e1\u0161ho napredovania.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tradi\u010dne svoje symp\u00f3zia bud\u00fa ma\u0165 sekcie SDS &#8211; lipidologick\u00e1, obezitologick\u00e1 a\u00a0praktick\u00fdch diabetol\u00f3gov.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Na\u0161ou spolo\u010dnou \u00falohou ost\u00e1va vytv\u00e1ra\u0165 priestor pre neust\u00e1le vzdel\u00e1vanie, ktor\u00e9 nie je len odbornou povinnos\u0165ou, ale aj mor\u00e1lnou zodpovednos\u0165ou vo\u010di pacientom. A rovnako d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 je, aby sme akt\u00edvne podporovali mlad\u00fdch lek\u00e1rov, ktor\u00ed bud\u00fa nosite\u013emi tejto v\u00edzie v bud\u00facnosti. Ich energia, otvorenos\u0165 a digit\u00e1lna gramotnos\u0165 s\u00fa nesmierne d\u00f4le\u017eit\u00e9 pre transform\u00e1ciu diabetol\u00f3gie do podoby, ak\u00fa si pacienti v 21. storo\u010d\u00ed zasl\u00fa\u017eia. Preto tento rok SDS umo\u017enila\u00a0 svojim \u010dlenom v r\u00e1mci na\u0161ej konferencie bezplatn\u00fa \u00fa\u010das\u0165 na tr\u00e9ningu predn\u00e1\u0161ania (speakers training), ktor\u00fd sa uskuto\u010dn\u00ed v\u00a0sobotu o\u00a011:20 hod a\u00a0ktor\u00fd povedie renomovan\u00fd odborn\u00edk v\u00a0tejto oblasti p\u00e1n Barry Stainthorp z\u00a0Ve\u013ekej Brit\u00e1nie.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dovo\u013ete mi za\u017eela\u0165 n\u00e1m v\u0161etk\u00fdm, aby bol tento kongres nielen intelektu\u00e1lne in\u0161pirat\u00edvny, ale aj \u013eudsky pr\u00edjemn\u00fd.
